To honor and preserve the spiritual traditions of the Mound building culture, the Ancient Ones Uaxashaktun de Dugdahmoundyah, that will further uplift and enlighten traditional spiritual realization and general welfare of people throughout the World for the betterment of life on earth.

Our late Empress Verdiacee "TiaRa" Washington Turner Goston appointed, Mustafa Salahuddin Bey, Chief Spiritual Minister (Bishop) of the Empire Washitaw de Dugdahmoundyah. In 2002. Mustafa Salahuddin Bey aka OukhaRa ZesheRa is a native of Chicago, IL and has dedicated the last thirty years of his life to the fight for the liberation and education of his people.
